PARTICULARLY: We represent and represent the client before the NPO under the name “HELLENIC STATE REGISTRATION”, as well as any other competent Commission or Court regarding the submission of the land registration declaration provided for by L. 2308/1995, as amended and in force, to sign and execute this declaration, to request and receive any document, certificate, attestation, title deeds, etc. relating to the client’s properties located in Greece. For any change of rights, after the submission of the initial declaration, to sign and submit the declaration provided for in paragraph 6 of Article 2 of Law 2308/1995. To submit objections concerning the cadastral registration to any competent administrative authority or service until the entire procedure for the registration of his rights in the National Cadastre has been completed. To submit requests for the correction of inaccurate cadastral registration and requests for manifest error to the competent cadastral office or before the Cadastral Judge in accordance with the procedure of voluntary jurisdiction, as well as with an action before the competent and local Court of First Instance in accordance with the provisions of Laws 2308/1995, 2664/1998 and 4164/2013.
